Kathryn Ray is a proud local to the Appalachian area. She is from a long line of generations who settled in the valleys and hollers around Asheville, NC and her work is inspired by her deep love for the beautiful and culturally rich Blue Ridge Mountains.

Through her handmade goods, she enjoys the exploration of the things that make a house, a forest, or an entire region feel like “home”. Her handmade baskets, ceramics, wood carvings, and art are crafted with mindfulness and with a certain endearment for making the everyday, useful items we fill our home with even more special than mass produced things.
